Small Group Training
Would you like to start exercising but not sure where to start? Want to get in shape with like minded women?
I hold small group classes from a studio in my home in Rawtenstall, Lancashire. They are a similar structure to 1-1 personal training, with strength training being the focus. It’s a more affordable option and a fun way to workout. It’s also good for your social health, builds confidence and helps you gain support and motivation.
